Quantus mining calculator: what a GPU earns today.

Type your hashrate and read your expected QTC and USD per day at the network’s current difficulty. The figures below are the pool’s own, refreshed live: the Quantus network is at 23.80 TH/s (difficulty 382.09T), a block pays 0.31 QTC and QTC trades at $70.43.

Earnings move with the network: every miner that joins raises the difficulty and lowers everyone’s share, and the QTC price changes by the hour. Treat any number here as today’s reading, not a forecast.

How Quantus mining earnings are calculated

Quantus is proof-of-work on Poseidon2: the network retargets its difficulty every block so that blocks keep arriving at a steady pace (one every 16 seconds right now), whatever the total hashrate. Your expected income is your slice of that fixed emission:

  1. Network hashrate = difficulty ÷ block time.
  2. Your share = your hashrate ÷ (network hashrate + your hashrate).
  3. Gross per day = your share × block reward × blocks per day.
  4. Net = gross, less Quantus’s 0.04 % wormhole exit fee and the pool’s 1 % fee. Qelvminer’s 1 % dev fee, if you use it, is mined as a separate session and is not in these figures.

That is the long-run average. On a pool the money arrives in blocks: in PPLNS every block the pool finds is shared by the work in the window before it, so a small rig is paid often and in small amounts; solo pays a whole block, rarely. Both average to the same figure. More in the FAQ.

Is Quantus mining profitable?

It depends on three numbers that all move: the QTC price, the network hashrate and what you pay for electricity. Take the USD per day of your card from the table, subtract its power draw (watts × 24 ÷ 1000 × your price per kWh) and you have today’s margin. The block reward itself shrinks slowly as the supply approaches its 21 million QTC cap.
