# Qelvminer End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing or running a Qelvminer binary you agree to these terms. If you do
not agree, do not use it.

1. **License.** Qelvhash grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
   license to run the unmodified Qelvminer binary, on hardware you own or control, for the sole
   purpose of mining on Qelvpool.
2. **Restrictions.** You may not copy (except for backup), modify, translate, reverse engineer,
   decompile, disassemble, extract kernels or other components from, or create derivative works
   of Qelvminer; nor redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense or make it available to third
   parties; nor remove or alter any proprietary notice; nor use it to mine on any service other
   than Qelvpool unless a release explicitly allows it.
3. **Dev fee.** Qelvminer keeps the developer fee published for its version on the Qelvhash
   site and in the pool's `/api/terms`. The fee is stated before you download; running the
   miner is your acceptance of it.
4. **No warranty.** Qelvminer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Mining can
   stress hardware; you are responsible for your equipment, its cooling, its power and its
   configuration.
5. **Limitation of liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qelvhash is not liable
   for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use Qelvminer, including lost
   rewards, hardware damage or downtime.
6. **Third-party components.** Qelvminer contains components under open-source licenses
   (see `NOTICE` and `LICENSE-APACHE-2.0`); nothing here restricts the rights those licenses
   grant for those components.
7. **Termination.** This license ends automatically if you breach it. Qelvhash may also revoke
   it by publishing a new version that supersedes the one you run.
